Michael Anne Pentz has been leading wellness and fitness classes for 18 years. She is a 200-HR RYT, as well as a certified Pilates and group fitness leader. She is the creator of WAE YOGA, which offers indoor/outdoor yoga, pilates, and fitness classes, workshops, private sessions, group sessions, corporate wellness, yoga for athletes and special events. She is passionate about helping people feel better mentally, physically, and spiritually. She is a compassionate teacher, who strives to make her classes accessible for all levels and for every-BODY. She is motivated to spread more love and light in this world, and help others find their way towards optimal health and happiness.
