The Full Story

Michael Anne has been leading and teaching fitness and yoga classes for the past 21 years.  She is a caring and compassionate teacher who enjoys staying fit and healthy and sharing her passion for health and wellness with others.

My mission is to spread love and kindness wherever I go.  I hope that I can be a helper and a guide to others on their journey to optimal health and wellness.   


My vision is to help inspire, educate, and motivate others to find their "WAE" and feel their best everyday.
