What a great way to start the week! For the first thirty minutes of this class, we will perform Kickboxing HIIT exercises, with lot's of jabs, punches, and kicks, working our cardio endurance and muscular strength. Between rounds, students will learn a kickboxing combo, that challenges the mind and body! After the rounds are completed, we will begin a Pilates mat core workout for 15 minutes, and end the class with a 15 minute, peaceful,yoga stretch. A complete workout from head to toe! Modifications are given for each exercise. All levels welcome!
Tuesday: PilateS Barre Fusion:
4:30-5:30pm @ Brockport School of Dance, 67 Main Street, Brockport, NY.
This class fuses the benefits of Pilates Mat, Ballet, and Yoga. We will work on developing core strength, balance, flexibility, endurance and good posture. The first section of class is a Pilates mat workout, focusing on core strength and flexibility. Next, we use light weights to tighten and tone the upper body. Lastly, we take it to the Barre, where you are sure to feel the burn, when we focus on lower body strength and endurance. Several different props during classs to maximize the workout! Students learn to be aware of their breath and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. A strong core equals a strong body! All levels welcome! $12/class or 10 Class Pass/ $100
WAR & PEACE! 5:15-6:15pm

For the first thirty minutes of this class, we go to "War," doing HIIT rounds of four different exercises, one cardio move, one upper body move, one lower body, and one core. The last thirty minutes of this class we find our peace with Yoga breathing and strretching An awesome total body workout that will get you in shape and make ou feel great! Modifcations are given for each exercise. All levels welcome!
This is an Open-Level vinyasa flow class that introduces students to breath-work, proper alignment, and movement with the breath. You will reap the benefits of stress-relief, as well as total body strength, balance and flexibility. You will leave class feeling more peaceful and centered. This class ends with a guided meditation and savasana with essential oils. A great release for the mind, body, and spirit! Modifications and props are used for each exercise. All levels are welcome. $12/class or 10 Pass Class/$100

In this class, we will be using our own bodyweight, as well as weights, bands, and other props, to strengthen our upper body, lower body, booty and core! We will be doing 30 minutes of HIIT exercises, and end with 15 minutes of stretch! Modifications will be given for each exercise All levels are welcome!
