Beach Yoga
Come Join me for a relaxing beach yoga class this summer offered at Hamlin Beach State Park!
Where: Hamlin Beach State Park
Please park in Area 1 and walk up the sidewalk closest to the playground all the way up to Beach 2. There will be signs pointing you in the right direction.
When: Future dates will be added soon!
How much? $12 cash only please.
**Be sure to bring your own mat, water, and towels for support under the knees. Also please remember to apply bug spray and sunscreen because we will be outside. If there is inclement weather, class will be canceled.
Garden Yoga and Bouquets!
Please join me for a garden yoga class at Westside Gardens in Brockport! From 6:30-7pm, you can tour the beautiful gardens and make your own bouquets from the flower bar, (flowers are extra). Yoga will begin at 7.
When: July 22nd. From 6:30-8:30pm
Where: Westside Gardens, 423 West Sweden Road, Brockport, NY.
How Much? $15 for yoga, and extra for flower bouquets.
